Greetings bloggers and fellow WOYWWers - welcome to another round of WOYWW.  Get me - here two weeks on the trot.  Hopefully we can make it a hat-trick next week!  Hehehehe
So, WOYWW.  Courtesy of the wonderful Mrs Dunnit, go here to link up and join the hop if you so choose.  We're all mad here...
Onto the doings of the day, as it were.
My desk, not so exciting.  You can probably make out the remnants of a card I made and sent to someone we know who has moved recently... go on, squint hard.  That piece of white card, with a bit cut out.  I forgot which ink I was supposed to use when colouring with Copics, so had to stamp several designs to ensure I got one that didn't run once I started colouring!  What am I like?  I need to get in here more often if basic knowledge like that is getting lost... Tsk
You can also see that I've taken inspiration from a couple of last week's desks and have brought my Big Shot out.  It's going to live there permanently.  Or at least, while I'm not sewing.  Then it will move, and will get put back straight after the sewing machine is put to one side.  I can't be doing with the fag/hassle of getting it out, putting it away, getting it out and so on.  It means I don't go in there to use it so it stays out.  Might need to make a dust cover for it though...hmmm...

Here's a proper shot of what's behind me while I craft.  It needs a darned good sort out and tidy up!

There's a hint to one of my other hobbies, up there on the shelf.... hehehehe.

I didn't just make a new home card this week, oh no!  My bestest friend ever - we've known each other for 35 years now - has just got engaged, so I whizzed up a quick card and popped it over to her in Malta.  I think I might have a holiday coming up over there in the not too distant future!!
So there you have it.  Catch you all somewhere on the hop....! Happy Wednesday to ya!

Your desk and heart card look great. I USED to have my Big Shot out all the time but, frankly, I so seldom use it that it's been banished to the sideboard in the dining room!

Hi Morti, gorgeous card and love your craft space too. We are on the East coast in a hotel once owned by the RAF, it definitely looks the part. Thanks for the visit to mine and happy woyww, Angela x 11

Hiya Morti, we are staying at Costa Adeje, we picked that as it seemed to be fairly flat, without too many hills. Also seemed to have plenty of bars, rofl. xxx

Happy WOYWW. I have always wanted to go to Malta (my mum spent a few years there in her childhood) and have a Facebook friend there now, so hoping eventually to go and visit her. Ali x #25

But surely, if the Big SHot is out, and you use it, it wont need a cover.....oh wait, I mean use it REGULARLY!! And I had to laugh at the 'up there on the shelf there's a clue' comment - erm, 3 shelves, all stacked may have to be a bit more precise! Lovely news of your friend, makes the world go around, huh!

You are looking very organised and I love the idea of having the Big Shot out all the time, and the sewing machine too - I know I'd use them more if I didn't have to lug them out and set them up each time! I love the card you made - I bet your friend was thrilled with it.
Have a great week,

Hello Morti.First off I so love your wall of storage and your card for your friend is so simply elegant. I use to have my sewing machine out so it would be handy for when I might use it and now again it is stored under the table once again. Thanks for visiting me earlier and the layout with the caravan was posted back in July but will post all layouts together as soon. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs~Anne L#3

Great looking desk and I love the card you made your friend! I agree I am moving things around and I plan on leaving a lot out and hiding the stuff I don't use as much. I tend to hoard and collect so there is a lot hidden. Hope you do get a chance to go to Malta soon. Love the Mediterrean! Have a great week. Vickie #45
