Good morning fellow WOYWWers! As I type this I’m firmly ensconced at my
work desk – at work. Boo hiss.... I’d
much rather be at home crafting!
(and in case you’re new here, WOYWW is What’s On Your
Workdesk Wednesday, global phenomenon created by The Great JD who can be found
here to explain it all – join in, do!)
I’d like to be home crafting because then I could do
something about my housing crisis... heheheh.
Lots and lots of houses.
An avalanche of them in fact. I’ve
got a Christmas Fair coming up on the 12th November, and thought I
would make some Christmas decorations for it.
Fun! there's also the contents of my crop bag as I had to empty out everything I didn't need so I could use it for other things......
such as hosting supplies for tonight’s crop in Ferndown, where I’m being rebellious and making Christmas Cards for the aforementioned fair. Anything to earn a few pennies!
So how has your week been?
I look forward to hopping around and seeing what you’ve all been up to!

That is one huge heap of houses!! I hope you have fun decorating them - are they going to be identical or are you making them individual? Good luck with the fair!

Hi Morti, yes that is indeed an avalanche! Here is the Amazon link to the pouches I bought. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00H266BEE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Mine are actually going into an A4 box, lay on their side, so the opening is at one end, rather than the top? But yes, I'm loving them. Really great idea. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz xxx #1
Your desk looks like you should be home crafting! Lots of things going on there for sure! Love the little houses and am sure they will be adorable when you finish with them!

Housing crises, LOL, I thought you were serious. A bit naughty to blog while at work, but hey I won't tell your boss, promise! Would love to see what you make with those houses. I've ordered some too but they haven't arrived yet. Have a lovely week and don't let them make you work too hard! zsuzsa #24
GOOD LUCK with your "housing crisis" - great pix

Your space looks surprisingly similar to mine! LOL! Minus the houses, of course. That looks like a LOT of work! Thanks for sharing! Lindart #49
Gosh, I thought you were moving or at least having a job in an estate agents but then i find that you have your own estate at home on your work desk. Good luck with all that work in readiness for the coming fair.
Hugs & Thanks for coming to see me

Oh, those little houses look like they'd be a lot of fun to work with. I can't wait to see how you alter them. And, you rebel you. I'm sure no will mind if you're card-crafting at the crop. Enjoy yourself!

Oooh I totally get that. ( I have a booth coming up Nov 18th haha) so, it is now Christmas everything on my desk ( after I cleaned after yesterdays mug shots) what I was curious about is if the houses were made from paper? it looks like you have a fun variety of shapes going on for your village. I don't know about you but I will never have enough table top space. My constant goal is to make more table top space available. LOL
