WOYWW 124

Just a brief-ish one from me today because I didn't actually gear this up last night.

Not that there's a lot of point in doing WOYWW this week (all the deets are here) - the old craft workdesk has not changed since last week.  Well, actually it has, but that's been down to Man-activity rather than my own.  He's been doing something DIYish.  I'd better start sorting it out now he's done.

No, instead I was at a Pampered Chef evening last night.  Didn't buy anything.  Did get to see someone turn Yorkshire Puddings into Choux Buns.  Interesting.... No, I didn't try one.  I'm mad, but not THAT mad....

So, for your delight and delectation - here is today's workdesk.  This is where I sit at work.  As you can see, there's not a lot on it - there never is at 8.00am.  But passsing across it today will be four cashbooks, some stationery supplies when they're delivered, invoices that require processing and a shed load of overseas payments that need to be made.  Yup.  My job is really interesting.....

Hopefully, normal service will resume shortly and I can get back to some crafting.  My fingers are starting to itch for something other than scrapbooking.

See you all on the hop!

Morti _ ia ma dissapointed, (franglais turned tilain) italian

I thought you were as mad as a mad thing that would eat Yorkshire pudding balls with cream inside and chocolate coating madness stuff

the only good thing about invoices is that they may sometimes lead to settlement of bills,,,,

oh and then you pay the tax....

and then.. yes we know there are only two things we cannot cheat...
but whilst alive and maddeningly kicking we can try to outrun the buggers....

Your real work desk does look very ready to get down to it!!!
, thanks for sharing. My poor DH rarely enters my creative space except to hang things for me etc. Keeps smiling and creating

Good Lord, it's beginning to dawn on me that when you have the choice, you're anally clean and tidy! Even your drinks cups have their own little tray, cool!

Your desk looks so official and ready for invoices. I do like your pic on the wall all very fire hose like.

I'm looking around my desk here at work an thinking a couple of things.... first one is I'd get fired if I took a piccy of it and put it on the net! Second is mine's piled high with a lot of paperwork and a ton of sw cd's that I should really put somewhere, you'd see a completely different side of me and I can't let that happen, lol!! Will look forward to the results of the diy though.

All that space is like a cool pool in summer - dive in! No confessions today - but as nice to share Goth memoirs - I married the son of a Belgian vicar so can't really reminisce with him about it all!

I'm working thru ur posts backwards here, n I just wanted to say how strange that both of your desks appear to be situated in the eaves! My other desk is usually that clear at 8am too, just don't look at the 'to do' tray!
