WOYWW 160....another week goes by....

A high speed post from me today!  I waffle far too much for you all to read it and move onto the next desk, so I promise to be brief(er) today.  If you don't know what I'm talking about... go visit Julia @ Dunnit Dimensions.

On my desk this week are the beginnings of project I've been considering for some time.  Years perhaps.  But sometimes it can take that long for an idea to develop, and then the right recipient comes along and BAM! off you go.  That's what this week's desk is all about.  You might get some hints from the bits on it.  Little Wobbly Man thought he'd help out this week.

I've also finally finished week 1 of Project Life - yay, go me! - and we're only at...what... week 26 of the year?  I'll get there.  Meanwhile, if any of you out there know anything about Adobe Photoshop Elements, maybe you can help me suss out why it's printing images smaller than the size I specify on the canvas or image...

You'll be pleased to know that the spare "desk" is a bit clearer this week, and the pile of granny squares is getting taller - not that I remembered to take a picture of them though.

See, I can be brief!  Catch you in a comments box near you!

Ooh, desk looks busy. I see you are like me, loads of desk space taken up with containers.
You are making a tissue box cover? If I am wrong I haven't a clue. LOL
Just as I haven't a clue about Photoshop nevermind Photoshop Elements, sorree.
Thanks for sharing - even without squares.

Well done on your PL. It's just too big a commitment for me. I keep thinking about it but nothing more :) Love making printables for it, but the rest? Nope.

Happy WOYWW

The PL thingee looks really interesting but I would never be able to keep up on a weekly basis. Good on your for at least giving it a go. Can't help with photoshop I lack technical skills unless it involves glue.

Wow you've got a lot going on! Wobbly man is being overseen by a large wobbly man! Is it your own bedroom you craft in or a spare room? I was wondering if there's times you've had to sleep on the sofa!

Well, you must have done some serious tidying up because you can see the bed now!!! Better late than never with the Project whatsit :)
Please don't bother contacting that craft lady re the Upavon fair, it looks as though I'm going to be in Wales that weekend. Dad is now top of the sheltered accommodation list and he might be moving at any time so I'm keeping my commitments down. Hope that's ok.
How's the new car goin??

Hi Morti,

I think it's a tissue holder that you're working on...... I bought an old hard sided suitcase and yesterday I bought papers to mod podge it with. I can not wait to get started. I also bought some things that tie in to my inspiration bag so I might be warming up with making some cards.

Please show us your granny squares - I just love them!

Good luck with your project book looks interesting. Not sure what it is you are making but looks like everyone thinks its a tissue box so I will vote that. Sandy :)

Hi Morti,
Thanks for calling by on me today. The dogs are called that for that very reason...their mum was called Cadbury!! :-)
And regards the prom dress...I had to shorten it by a whole 6 " so have lots of trimmings :-) I always keep them just in case the owner of the dress wants them but usually they are happy to leave them for me to play with :-)
Hugs,
Annie x
