WOYWW 108 - the brief one...

Just a quickie from me tonight cos once more I'm tired, Mr B has gone to bed, I need a shower and I don't have a lot to say!! LOL  I'm scheduling this to post v. early tomorrow morning as my desk won't change again until tomorrow evening....

So, here you are.... here's my desk complete with the Hardanger, and a new goodie I've not yet got out of the packaging...

Close ups of the hardanger, as promised to Jodpea!

Tonight's glorious sunset - we were out celebrating Mr B Snr's birthday this evening and came home to this:

and of course, I'd made him a card.  Guess which team he supports....!!!  LOL

Ok - I'm off to hit the shower and bed - my desk will look exactly the same tomorrow!  Catch you on the blop!

PS - Thank you all for your kind words about my friend H - she says Hi and says thank you for your support even though she doesn't know you!  She's doing well, has just had her fourth op and is scheduled for another next week..... eek!

YEah! Great stuff to see MrB snr supports my team... is he from Liverpool? I grew up in the shadow of Anfield and when they installed their first flloodlights I could play outside in the Winter evenings as it lit our street just like daylight.
Beautiful sunset.
Nice neat desk... I can see I'm going to feel guilty this week as all I've seen is tidy, tidy, tidy!

Tell MrB I lived in Askew St, my aunt in Ismay, my Nin in Nimrod, my friend in Claudia. I went to Arnot St school then Queen Mary. Let's hear his pedigree!
My Nin's family had a chicken run on the land which is now Goodison and remembered gypsy caravans there too.

Lovely card for your DH... wouldn't have a clue about footie though! :( and what a beautiful sunset to come home to!
So glad your friend is still holding in there... hope the next op sorts her out, she is in our thoughts.

Hey there! Julia said how lovely it was to meet you in person at last! I think that we must live reasonably close. Thank you for your kind comments today, as I found it quite nerve wracking! Normal service will be resumed in a couple of days when herself returns. Maybe we'll meet at a marathon in the autumn, I'll be doing the lunches again, no doubt :) x

Nice desk - that has probably changed by now. The hardanger looks tricky to do but worth the result. Love your sunset photo - the sort that makes you grateful to be alive. Hope your frien's op goes well. Elizabeth x #83

So that is hardangar - I have a cushion cover my aunt did years and years ago and I love it.
Must show this posting to my son as he is a big (and I mean BIG) Everton supporter (I used to teach Phil Neville). Up the Blues! Hugs, Neet
